Always wonder where the Kardashian's get their salads from? Health Nut in Calabasas. Here's how to make that salad the Kardashian are ALWAYS eating.

If you have watched a single episode of the Kardashians you have definitely seen them shaking the shit out of a salad bowl and cautiously placing the contents in their mouths. Lips ruined? Girl, no. 

Rumour has it they eat it four times a week. Chic. Prep this salad for yourself to enjoy throughout the week. It's delicious and nutritious, apparently... 

 

THE KARDASHIAN SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients
romaine lettuce
pulled chicken
avocado
shredded carrots
sliced roma tomatoes
sprouts
shredded mozzarella
sunflower seeds

Instructions
Pan fry and shred a few chicken breasts
Toss the shit out of the ingredients and ENJOY

Dressing Ingredients/Directions
juice squeezed from a full lemon
1 TBS Dijon mustard or any kind
1-2 gloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil-equal to the amount that the above ingredients are.
Add herbs as desired - we recommend Rosemary.
