In a hopes to appeal Pucci to a younger audience Supreme have partnered with the Italian fashion house for a Spring 2021 collection.
Rumours of this collaboration have circulated for a few weeks now, and have finally been confirmed. Emilio Pucci will be collaborating with Supreme for a Spring 2021 range.
Pucci is eponymous with geometric prints in a kaleidoscope of colours and is renowned for its joyful and modern approach to womenswear. Founder, Emilio Pucci was born into one of Florence’s oldest noble families and unexpectedly started his career in fashion 1947.
Dubbed the 'The Prince Of Prints", Pucci created his signature sensibility for elegant pieces made from comfortable textiles that expressed fluid shapes and his signature swirling prints. Products such as the classic palazzo pajamas, foulard shirts and wrinkle-free dresses embraced spontaneity and freedom of movement.
Working closely together, Supreme and Emilio Pucci have created this collection featuring archival Pucci prints Fantasia and Tulipani. The fanciful range offers a selection of jackets, shirts, pants, t-shirts, sunglasses, belts and even a Zippo lighter.
Pucci hope to appeal to Gen-Z consumers and put the world renowned fashion house back on the map.
The collection is set to drop June 10 at 11am EST. Check it out here
