MEATSMITH BUTCHER OPENS FOURTH LOCATION IN MELBOURNE'S EAST

Quality Melbourne based butcher, providore & wine merchant Meatsmith has served the east since 2015 with locations in Fitzroy, St. Kilda, Brighton and most recently Balwyn. Melbourne restaurateur Andrew McConnell and renowned butcher Troy Wheeler teamed up in 2015 to open the first Meatsmith in Fitzroy. Meatsmith built up a loyal following very quickly and is known as one of Melbourne's premier butchers.

The butcher is ethically and sustainably minded and fully support local Victorian producers- they are all around passionate about the best quality heritage meat. Their beef is grass fed, pork rare breed and chicken free range. Their pantry range offers a range of condiments, accompaniments and charcuterie as well as an ever-changing selection of  cookbooks and kitchen essentials.
