We can finally taste freedom. As of 11:59pm on Tuesday July 27th Victoria's lockdown will be lifting! We breakdown all you need to know about the new restrictions that will be in place as lockdown lifts...
- The five reasons to leave home will no longer apply
- We will be permitted to travel outside the 5km radius into regional Victoria
-Will are still required to wear face masks both indoor and outdoor throughout Victoria
- No home gatherings just yet.. this will be re-evaluated in 2 weeks
-Gyms, live-music venues, and physical-recreation facilities will reopen with a density limit of one person per four square metres
-Public gatherings are allowed with a limit of 10 people
- Hair, beauty and personal-care services can resume
-Weddings and funerals are permitted a maximum of 50 people
-Offices are reopening with limits of up to 25 per cent or 10 people, whichever is greater
-Victorian's can travel, but can only book accommodation with their household, intimate partner, or single-bubble person
-Pubs, restaurants, bars and cafes can reopen. Only 100 people will be allowed inside and 300 people permitted outside, providing the one person per four square metre rule is followed
-Religious gatherings can go ahead with up to 100 people indoors and 300 people outdoors, with the same density quotient.
